European Union Law Case Study. John has been dismissed due to Nature Trails’ insolvency. The dismissal was not on unfair grounds, however, the issue arises is the fact that Johns’ Arrears will not be paid due to the company’s lack of funds. Why is the EC Law paramount of the national laws and how can it ensure that John is adequately compensated?
